iTrent & SAP Concur also can't handle me atm. I'm Mr (new name) (old middle name) (surname) in iTrent, and SAP refuses to import my employee record because I have Mx as my honorific 😐🤣
Both companies refuse to fix it. My job is systems dev and its an easy fix if you're competent.

I've just done 2 years social transition pre everything at almost 50.
Yes, it's hard but doable, and I know a trans woman that's fully transitioned with no medical interactions at all except for laser (mid 40s)
We shouldn't have to do that but some don't have much choice, especially in the UK.

Weirdly, it's me that remembers very little. She lost a lot of blood, baby had jaundice, neither of them came out of hospital for several weeks but I can't recall much detail of that period.

When our little one came out, the nurse said to come around to her side of the bed to hold baby, but DO NOT look at where she came from.
They took my partner direct to surgery for stitching up. One of the reasons we only had one child.

I did that just before Xmas. It wasn't hard at all, as I'd be here, switch over and it was like being hit in the face with a shovel the amount of vitriolic hatred spewing forth.
It's lawless now, slurs etc go unchecked and it just has an off vibe.
