Considering how hard it is to actually get a GRC alone makes this absurd, as you say.
I've been on an NHS waiting list 3y (with another 5+y to wait for 1st appt), full social transition almost 3 years...
Not just trans kids affected, pretty much every trans person in the UK that wanted a GRC is.

Exactly the same here. I had managers and other colleagues emailing me to check how I was after the SC ruling, and they put out an all staff notice of support a day after.
I've also been offered counselling.

I started transition out of the blue (to them) at work and they have handled any pronoun/name mistakes brilliantly.
Considering I'd been there 6 years before this I expected slipups, but they just correct & move on like nothing happened.

Reviewing policy is not the same as engaging one. If they reviewed their policy right this second, EA2010/current live EHRC guidance would tell them to leave it as is.

If that's happening on UK issued vehicles that's a massive legal issue, as it's a crime to misrepresent the true milage when selling etc.

It's confusing because EA2010 c15,P2,c1,section 7 covers gender reassignment and discusses reassigned sex.
This updates is contradictory to its own act.
Can I still use a woman's space or not? Which is it?
They will have to rewrite this part of the act to remove it if they really want to fuck us.

EA2010 says as part of my status I can use women's spaces.
Lord Hodge is saying it refers to bio sex, but that the ruling does not cause disadvantage to us, due to protection under anti discrimination and EA law, which is the aforementioned EA2010 he just gutted.

If you want to, yes. Maybe try a poll to see what kind of shots/styles people may want to see, or try initially to play to your strengths (legs, boobs etc) and control the narrative on what you display.
