Thanks! It’s a different language sometimes.

I sure did. Just the minimum 10, but typically I’d shoot 20 on my full sized rigs. So may up it to that next time.

I appreciate it. It was a strong first night for the Dwarf 3.

I appreciate it!

I love thinking about the trillions of stars and planets in a single image like this. Who knows what’s out there.

Just make sure to hit the RAW button so it records it in an AVI file format. You’ll have to download it from the Seestar to a computer once done. It will normally shoot an MP4 file and you can’t stack those.

Yup. I used the onboard mosaic framing mode at x1.4.

Screens show astro work the best, but I’m thinking something larger.

Great job on both of these!!

I have not tried pink sky so I couldn’t really say.

Do you have any sort of way we can support you financially?

I 100% agree, and/or wish Bluesky would create private accounts for sharing personal photos/text with friends and family.

I’ve loved beta testing the Flashes app. Every update you’ve pushed has been better than the last. I feel like it’s a great addition to Bluesky. Sometimes I want to ask text questions, so I go to the native Bluesky app, sometimes I want a photo-centric viewing experience so I go to flashes. LOVE IT!

I’ve printed some in the past, but I’m wonder if it would display better with some sort of back lighting coming through a semi-transparent print so you could better show the luminosity of the subject.

Do you have an example you could take a photo of to show?

Nico is a great resource. I’ll have to tracking down those videos.

Gorgeous work, my dude.

That’s a damn good idea, honestly. If you figure out how to print something like that backlit make sure to post it here!

Wow, certainly not a budget setup. I wonder how many Seestar subs it would take to achieve this 🤔lol.

Aliens. The only reasonable answer.

Thanks for the follow and followed back. This is a beautiful image I the Pacman nebula. Looking forward to seeing more.

I appreciate it! While I’m struggling a bit to get this telescope and mount to work perfectly together, I’m already encouraged by the results.

What as your setup for this shot. Its beautiful.

Thanks for the info! I’ve never used sequator so I’ll have to give this a shot!
comment in response to post
Nice! What equipment and method did you use to capture that?

I’ve only been at this for 4 years, and even back then I couldn’t imagine something so powerful and easy to use. Your experience was probably exponentially more frustrating 30+ years ago, but it was probably exponentially more satisfying when everything went right.

Happens to the best of us. Still, great job!

We all do this as a hobby right? Don’t feel pressure from a follower count. Take care of yourself and enjoy clear skies ahead when you feel better.

Stunning work!

Thanks! It’s been so cloudy here it was tough to get any time on target.

It looks great! Just keep shooting and practicing.

Looks great! If you haven’t already, consider buying or 3D printing a bahtinov mask to help get laser sharp focus on the stars at night. Also, you can stack multiple images in free software like Siril or Deep Sky Stacker to allow for more light gathering without adding star trailing.

Congrats! That’s a beautiful image.
