So now back on daptomycin/ ceftaroline alone but concerned with mic to dapto as not sure how well it's improved with ceftaroline in vivo. Any thoughts as to next step? ID pharm suggested tygacil but bcx still cleared and afebrile, etc. Just looking for any thoughts. Can give more info too

Some of the hospitals we cover (independent group) mandate midlines if <28 days of abx needed and I had been opposed but have had better success of late. Logistics of discharge sometimes more complicated depending on disposition but have been somewhat surprised with midline longevity
