So Musk has repeatedly expressed in comments to the press that he wants to apply software engineering techniques to removing government inefficiencies. The better power play, in my opinion, would to treat Canada as a terroriory, like Puerto Rico or a special distric like Washington, DC, as in pretty much strip Canadians of any right for representation.

Sure, there are a lot of conservatives in Canada, but I don't think this 'join us or be tarrifed' extortion scheme is winning them over, considering they all probably have a strong sense of national identity and pride.

I'm enjoying it more that I thought I would, as a person who enjoys a decent political thriller stacked with A-List actors. It's also crazy how in 2025 a thriller centering around a cyberattack is still so rare.
