A vet friend of mine has seen these two on FB. They are in Glasgow and they need a new home because the owner is moving to Malta

No just about it. My heart belongs to a deaf little old lady cat

There are currently 5 going 24/7 and we live in only 750 sq feet. The Glaswegian built Phoebe a shelf as a refuge but it’s no way to live.

Aah no, that would be frying pan into fire. I’d forgotten Spangle has a sister

I think at 10 Mully is in the prime of his life. Darling Mr P would undoubtedly find Mully a bit stressful 😂. Dogs have masters, cats have staff.

Oh gosh yes he is very statesman like and would take to being the Magdalen Mouser with aplomb

He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped

He is good natured to humans even when doing something he would prefer to avoid like holding still while his claws are trimmed or being put into the pet carrier, never growled or scratched. It’s a shame but I think some/most cats prefer to live without other cats

I have never tried him but I doubt he’d eat a whole one. Seriously though, he is a solid chap both mentally & physically so I expect he would be unfazed. He is also surprisingly fleet of foot (for example after a pigeon) so he would be able to flee if he needed to.

Aah, that sounds relevant. In what circs would a renter have a licence instead of an AST? Where rents are particularly high value?
comment in response to post
Thx. It confirms that the PLA’s proposal to make it a crim offence for a licensee to remain at the mooring if the licence to moor is terminated, notwithstanding a real dispute as to the validity of the termination, is yet another example of how those who live on water not land are more vulnerable
comment in response to post
The context relates to residential houseboats which are outside L&T law and where there is a proposal to make it a criminal offence for a licensee to remain at the mooring if the licence to moor is terminated, notwithstanding a real & arguable dispute as to the validity of the termination

Fank gawd for my 🛵. And having arrived super early at the wrong one (Smithfield) which meant I still had time to get to the correct one (Hatton Garden). Not quite the calm unruffled 🦢 approach I had been going for

“I spent a proportionate amount of time looking through to the document to see whether it included any typographical corrections and other obvious errors properly so called.” So about ten minutes then.

I understand it is troubling but the jury heard the evidence. I am sure that it was unintentional but your OP runs the risk to a casual reader of undermining the validity of the verdict and thereby the CJS. I was not there so will not express a view one way or the other whether they got it right
