Am I correct to note “ride with” has a gay sex connotation?

Yes, Seniors with serious arthritis pain have to go through obstacles monthly to get prescription pain drugs. Even after knee replacement, I was prescribed tylenol. My doctors are heavily monitored for prescription rates, so who cares if I am in pain-the rules don’t care.

I have glaucoma. An ophthalmologist treated it surgically and now I am being monitored. I don’t wear sunglasses inside.

I played their videos to my students, who would begin singing the songs. My young replacement when I retired never heard of them & left them in the shelf.

Joann Fabrics abruptly is shutting down almost almost of its stores due to hard financial times. Those long-time hourly workers won’t land on their feet easily. They’re devastated.

so odd-as a citizen I think collectively as being part of the country. How do you separate people & their identifying w their country?

I can still hear the old All My Children theme song-so soapy & moody
comment in response to post
I don’t think or do any of that as an American. Sometime making sweeping condemning assumptions are almost always not true. Your saying all Americans love McDonalds, watch soaps etc would be incorrect.

Perhaps he will root out all people of color working there & fire them as too woke, right?

Oddly, the power went unexpectedly back on. Apparently our building superintendent posted a six hour work notice that only took 1.5 hrs. The furnace is still running furiously, but it’s all good. {{Thanks}}

So you go all out on Pi Day, right? My school’s Math Dept always had pies for the kids.
comment in response to post
same here and our Condo board decided to schedule a transformer installation that means no power for six hours.

You did miss the point of manufacturers reducing size but not price. Stay fixated on the air, but be blind to paying more for a “family sized” jar. You be you and your orthogonal self.

I have peanut butter jars from the 70s that I use for holding whole boxes of dry pasta . The ones from the 80s are half the size, hold half a bag of rice. Today’s peanut butter plastic jar is too small to store anything-I just recycle. I should line up the downsizing jars & take a pic. Not same vol

You realize it’s MR Pelosi who is a financial financier. He was already a very wealthy man when she married him. Nancy has also sold several best seller books, which has earned her millions. Republicans including Tяump have done the same.

Will Tяump sign chicken farmer aid checks for their vote?? It worked w the soy farmers in southern Illinois. They couldn’t understand that Tяump’s China tariffs destroyed their market.

$4.19 today, down 80¢. Ground flax seed, 1T, + oil or sour cream makes a good baking substitute for one egg

The cereal box shrinkage really annoys me. My 88¢ hotdogs cost $1.69 today. Forget about buying beef!

Well scientifically you are 💯 correct, but missed the author’s message by a mile.

I and my son are Jan 19th, usually on or close to a school holiday. I jokingly told my class that I gave them a day off in my honor-oh, the eye rolling! lol

They had no snit fit when the Tяumps did not attend the Biden inauguration, nor do any of the welcoming presidents lunch/1st lady tea. The Tяump snubs were much more major. It’s a double standard.

Unless you dropped it into a day old pile of manure, it’s safe. Review how long germs can survive on a clean, dry floor.

I used to sketch my hand while sitting in long, boring meetings. No one ever said a word about it. I was forbidden to knit, though.

Yes, I know. Certain conspiracy theorists claim these are dangerous chemtrails. It’s similar to the Congressman claiming he saw drone, but it was a star constellation.

Or it could simply be a lie cooked up to seek negative attention & cause division between those who understand science vs fantasy fiction fans.

Exactly-no one has the time to spend doing all that driving for a loaf of bread-ridiculous. One could make a loaf of bread at home for a fraction of the cost of store bread.

So good! I was a runner well into my late 50s. Then came foot surgery, knee replacement, arthritis. Even now when I walk the streets I used to zoom through, I remember the exhilaration!

Living next to O’Hare Airport, seeing chemtrails are a normal feature in the sky.
