Yes, it did. If you use some research on St Barts, it will tell you a lot more about it. At one point they did keep some plaques and whatnot and other times, they got rid of them. Interesting stuff.

I think it's a real article about refitting St. Bart's hospital which was going to happen and did shortly after Sherlock ended. Just my thought on the subject.
