You don’t need a hero, you need someone who will do the necessary evil to secure a better future.

It will take at least five years to plan. Construction begins after that period. So it will be probably over a decade, but it still needs to be built.

At times like this concessions must be made.

Let’s hope the contracts get signed soon. If the CPC loses the next election this project will be in safer waters, but regardless, signing those contracts will be a way to help keep it safe.

This plan has been in the process for years, these things take time.

Your only other option is Poilievre unless you’re in a riding where some third party is in the lead, either NDP, GPC, or Bloc. At some point you choose to vote strategically.

I perfectly understand how much a billion is. This is not about the monetary requirement. You Americans clearly don’t understand how to operate a social program. You can’t just throw money at it and call it a day.

If that’s what you got from what I said then that’s on you. These plans require proper systems, so no, Mark Cuban cannot cut out a cheque for it and it’s all fine and dandy. These plans require calculated budgeting, and public funding. Americans showing why they’re decades behind.

In the end that’s not sustainable. This is why Americans can’t get shit done. One half says it’s communism, the other half hates on the people advocating for them. Sometimes you have to understand to make concessions.
