I went through this a few months ago. I tried to reactivate my account after a few years of having it disabled, went through their tedious process, and was denied. The only reason I tried was to follow my kiddo's school.

Best of luck in your journey! The work is hard but worth it. I recognized that I get triggered more easily when I'm tired or sick, but otherwise I feel pretty in control of not responding to them. Glad you've found some of that peace here and hope that continues ❤️
