I'll probably report back on my thoughts after I get much further in, but I felt like I had to share about it cause of that first good impression.
They also apparently made a similar-ish game but it's mech themed! So I'll probably check that out eventually too!! (End)

The meta progression is unlocking more Samurai to start with their armor and weapon, increasing your stamina and how many skills you can combine together to do more crazy effects.
Also I can't stress that the graphics in motion are so good!! :D (3)

As you go through the stages, you fight a mix of small enemies, big, and then Elites. The latter most who drop their gear to equip!
You get skills you can then mix and match to create cool combos but they cost most stamina, for example making your slash also dash! (2)
