And I think that's entirely their goal. Stack the courts, govern by executive order. If they push through 600 EOs but 400 are illegal and get stopped by judges, they still push through 200 and change things irreparably. It's basically just a slow coup d'etat.

This is actually a perfect example of what I mean when I said "flurry of bullshit" - I forgot about them cancelling black history month. Not because I don't care, but because they have changed so much so quickly that my brain can't even recall everything that they've done over the past 2 weeks.

I'm assuming a large part of this is related to their anti-trans agenda. Also, the flurry of bullshit they're pushing through is entirely on purpose in order to overwhelm people and prevent any solid action against it. What the trump administration is doing is largely illegal

That being said, she's already had some success at attracting fascists into her community with this drama she created. I watched her for 2 years and it's incredibly disappointing to say the least. I hope she crashes and burns from this.

And it follows a trend with her going back at least several weeks, where she uploaded a video about "woke games" and said a video game character didn't look like a woman, because the character was bald. I think she's just grifting because her numbers have been dropping for months.

Her initial post came off as being very privileged and uninformed. The rest of her responses, including her "I'm the victim" vid she uploaded today, where she laughed about being "cancelled" and didn't include any of the hundreds of posts trying to educate her, confirm she's just a bigot.

When record numbers of people need food banks to survive because corporations have to maintain their profit margins, the average person doesn't give a shit about helping the middle class. They care about themselves, because they're forced to. Right wing messaging is much more appealing.

It's kind of an inevitable failure of liberalism's approach to politics. As the realities of the capitalist world get more extreme, liberal messaging of moderation, supporting the middle class, etc. apply to fewer and fewer people.
