Have fun when a plane you fly falls out of the sky because Trump gutted the FAA.

Because he utilized corruption to game the system.

Except Trump was actually guilty

Yeah i mean I have a dock to hook up to a TV and my controller but that's for when I'm in hotel rooms otherwise I use it in bed or on airplanes.

I found time to discuss the things that come across my feed naturally, yes. I haven't gone out of my way to seek anything out to do on bluesky as of yet other than briefly seeing what has come up organically on my feed.
comment in response to post
So I'm sorry I guess that the very first thing I didn't do when joining Bluesky wasn't to run and find the conservative and fascist holdouts to start yelling at them lmao
comment in response to post
Yeah man it's important to go outside and touch grass every once in a while and engage with my community and my neighbors. It's also important to have dialogue with other people within my realms of thoughts and beliefs.
comment in response to post
Yeah and the fact that people don't care about our administration regardless of partisan side supporting a genocide is a problem and a conversation worth having amongst ourselves.
comment in response to post
But they did discuss it but I don't think it was discussed as in detail as many voters would have liked at least that's what I've gathered from listening to other voters. Another problem we run into is reach and unfortunately the opposition had a well engineered plan for reaching voters
comment in response to post
No because again I haven't been here that long and I have a life outside the internet and social media so I haven't mosied my way on over there to start yelling at fascists. But however you have decided to start yelling at potential allies for incredibly flimsy reasons and toss out accusations
comment in response to post
That is unfortunately possible but unlikely

And its not so much that I think Harris was a bad candidate but the appearance of queen making was bad optics
comment in response to post
It's not fringe voters that are needed, though maybe taking a stronger position on not supporting genocide would win some fringe voters and not lose many moderates we needed an appeal to moderate voters who are primarily concerned about matters of economics.
comment in response to post
There are? I haven't found them yet but like I said i also haven't been on here all that long.
comment in response to post
Most people are not going to read an 80 page report on her plan unfortunately so it needs to be well presented and discussed in terms the average voter can understand.
comment in response to post
Harris having her campaign draw up a detailed economic plan was a good move however I believe this was poorly presented on the campaign trail however as they focused on social issues, which are important but unfortunately will not reach most voters many of whom are hurting financially
comment in response to post
There are many things Harris could have done but the reality is that it was a mistake not to host the primary and vote on the new candidate rather than running Joe again and then him appointing Harris. It made them look like kingmakers not supporters of democratic institutions
comment in response to post
But also bluesky is a majority liberal and progressive platform so we spend more time talking about our representatives and what we should expect from them we almost all agree MAGA and Trump are bad. If I hadn't deleted my Twitter however my feed there was me criticizing and arguing with the fash
comment in response to post
My honest political opinion is that the democrats absolutely fucking fumbled at several levels and they do need to genuinely step up in the wake of this last election. MAGA is undoubtedly worse and I sincerely hope that those who are not hardliners open their eyes to the fucking horror
comment in response to post
I don't insist that they're full of baby killing maniacs but I will say that Harris dropped the ball on addressing voters concerns over the previous administrations financial support of a genocidal regime. I think Trump and MAGA are worse to be sure which is why I voted blue down the ballot
comment in response to post
Not really. But I do see that you have a lot of time to waste on arguing with people in bad faith.
comment in response to post
But for an example my most recent repost is Adam Schiff pushing back against Trumps attempts to remove FEMA and another post with the age old anecdote of the bartender kicking out a skinhead to avoid his bar becoming a nazi bar
comment in response to post
I recently moved over here and deleted my Twitter and Facebook so I wouldn't be supporting fascists I haven't been here that long and I'm not super active because I do have a life outside of the internet.
comment in response to post
That's a you problem. I have spent tons of my time criticizing Trump, the GOP, Musk and others who i dislike and don't vote for or agree with and ill spend tons more time doing it.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a masterpiece
comment in response to post
I do.
comment in response to post
I don't disagree with you which is why I voted the way i did even if I had to hold my nose while I did it but I find it hard to blame people for standing by their morals of "no voting for genocide"
comment in response to post
So we can't criticize people we vote for? That's pretty dumb
comment in response to post
The democrats aren't leftists. But I chose lesser of two evils but I'm not going to blame people who don't.
comment in response to post
Yeah but when your two evils is two flavors of genocide enthusiast I can understand not wanting to choose
comment in response to post
I voted for Kamala but I don't blame people for not choosing the lesser of two genocide enthusiasts. Kamala still would carry on the genocide.
comment in response to post
I love Ottawa so much i want to live there so bad
comment in response to post
Damn bro I'm sorry that some people couldn't vote for the lesser of two genocide apologists
comment in response to post
The lesser of two evils is still evil.
