I gotta say, never looking at this game much before the phrase "Activate P-Organ" made me laugh out loud hahaa. I'm gonna say that whenever I take a piss.

Still a bit bummed I won't be seeing Cattle this time. It would've been my first time seeing them and I was really hyped for it.

They are apparently adding a "hardcore" mode in a future update according to the roadmap so maybe those will be brought in with that. Sorry about the long thread, I just felt like talking about the games because I've been thoroughly enjoying both of them.

The main thing I miss from the previous games are the damage and fuel systems. But I also realize why they left them out. You're using so many different vehicles all the time that keeping them all fueled at the same pace as the previous games would take so much time and energy.

The previous games were more about the journey. There's still that in this game but less. It's more about doing the work. You scout and see what needs to be done. You bring in the equipment and/or materials and do the work. Then you plan a route along the path you made for an npc convoy to drive.

Roadcraft is the next evolution in the Mudrunner/Snowrunner games. It brings in some new cool things and does away with others. Your goal this time is basically rebuilding/constructing infrastructure in areas affected by natural disasters. Clearing debris, building roads, repairing things etc.

But it got an update yesterday (I think) that addressed some of the issues people had with the game. It also showed the dev (TVGS) was listening to the players and what they wanted. I also believe TVGS is working on a larger update to the game. I'm excited to see that when it arrives.
