This is something new creatives in general do, in my experience, but trying to buck guidelines they don't fully understand first. I remember a professor in undergrad told me, "In order to think outside the box you have to know the box," and I 100% agree.

So this amused me, and as an aspiring screenwriter I tried a logline: WWW: When a spate of bizarre maulings begins plaguing a land-locked farm town, the unfortunate detective on the case suspects a human serial killer...until she witnesses a shark attacking through a computer screen. (1/2)
