Thanks for sharing, Peter, and thank you for your scholarship that's been such an influence on practitioners-gone-researchers like us.

Thanks, Lucila. It was borne out our on going collaborations. kate-molloy.net/open-practic...
I've just started a PhD with @eam0.bsky.social and James Brunton and I hope to develop a generative model for postdigital LD based on the experiences of Irish learning designers, but it's early days yet!

I've been avoiding social media at conferences lately. We will share an OER of our zines created during the workshop soon. Here is a quick teaser of some of them below. Full abstract: www.conftool.org/eaa2025/inde...

You know, I didn’t, but that’s an excellent idea. This was a 9th grade class and I was trying to ease them into the process, but I would be more ambitious now!

Last, but definitely not least, is Helen Beetham's "Imperfect Offerings", which has featured conversations with so many people I know and admire, like @catherinecronin.bsky.social, @czernie.bsky.social, and @eam0.bsky.social.

Their discussion around renewable assignments and resources led me to dig up my now 20 year old class wiki where my students developed collaborative resources and assignments while developing research and information literacy skills. It was a bit crude as it was my first year teaching (2005-2006).

A recent episode of "Let's Talk Education Research" saw @pt-phone-home.bsky.social interview Dr. Audrey Bryan (DCU) about her role as General Editor of @iesjournal.bsky.social. She shares some really practical insights into the work behind academic publishing.

All I can say is that this is the most "January" January to ever "January".

Seconded. I haven't enjoyed a keynote as much in a long time. I've shared it with many colleagues.

I always receive mine well in advance, so well in advance that I have usually forgotten where it is by election day. It's good to know that others are in the same situation.
