The reason is her boss was supposed to develop guidelines for how to manage this stuff but dragged his feet and tried to put in stuff that wouldn’t work so guidelines were still pending. She followed her knowledge of the law. The felonies against her are totally bogus.

Reports are they did not have a judicial warrant. They had an administrative warrant from ice. On the basis of that, they tried to enter the courtroom to try to take this person. She sent them away. Called the defendant, the guy they were looking for, into Chambers and sent him out a different door.
