Ok bluesky, especially #chronicillness #disabled #migraine sky, I need help - I’ve had a migraine since Tuesday that’s very bad on and off. I’m managing it, but I want to get some sort of food, like takeout of some sort, but nothing sounds good - what are good gluten free migraine foods??

I’ve not been posting much because I had two really gnarly migraine days this week (Tues & Thurs) and a nearly 12 hour day going into the office yesterday. I’m now in the “inhaling everything that’s chocolate in sight” phase of my hopefully winding down migraine. Only chocolate sounds edible.
