GOD, it sure does. Especially around things like weight. We're mammals. We seek comforting sensory experiences. Being a foodie is human AF. And frankly? Hell yeah. Hitting the gym to be more healthy and active with your kids sounds much more rewarding than just setting out "to lose weight"
