We do and, if it ever becomes possible, fix those people. If I could have a treatment that fixed my problems understanding expressions and emotions then I would take it.

And today we see reports of the Israeli army shooting children for throwing stones.

I disagree. I’m an Aspie and function quite well but I know autistic people who cannot relate to the world. There are people who sit and bang their heads on the wall all day. There are autistic people who are violent. These people do need to be fixed.

That looks really good!

And no, I don’t use that term lightly or disparagingly. There’s something wrong with that person.

He’s a time wasting troll, or mentally disturbed.

As I said before “Dear Gods, you’re stupid”. No one can really be this stupid. There is something wrong with you. Get help.

And yes, I was being sarcastic, as anyone with more than two brain cells can certainly comprehend.

Are you mentally ill?
comment in response to post
What happened to you to make you like this? Again, I feel sorry for you.
comment in response to post
Sarcasm… something else you apparently don’t understand.

You are a very damaged individual. I feel sorry for you.

No, it simply means that you choose an overly emotional response instead of engaging with the subject and forming a cogent response.

So your argument is that we should ask producers nicely to no longer produce animal products and they will say of course we will stop..? That’s laughable. While there is profit and no change in consumers, they will do nothing. End demand and production will cease.
comment in response to post
You do know that resorting to expletive laden insults just shows the paucity of your argument? Demand is, of course, manipulated. But if people make the choice to no longer purchase a product it will cease to exist.
comment in response to post
I clearly stated that animal products are not necessary, they aren’t, and where we have a choice, veganism is the morally correct and, given impacts on the environment, practical choice.

I conclude that you are a dishonest troll. Still, this has been worthwhile. Others can read the arguments and judge for themselves.
comment in response to post
It is the consumer that has to change. Producers will not, unless consumers make them. Consequently, focusing on individuals is exactly the right strategy.
comment in response to post
You have to be a troll. Nobody is really this stupid? The people with the most control are you and I. The public. Stop buying a product, in our case meat, and production will stop.
comment in response to post
And as for food deserts and availability, I already made that exact point myself!
comment in response to post
Dear gods, are you really this stupid or just trolling? You argued that my concept of the demand driven economy was false when I asserted that the producers of meat only exist because of consumer demand. I countered that Musk’s tribulations with Tesla are the result of his actions reducing demand.
comment in response to post
If you believe the opposite then you are a fool. Ask Musk how Tesla is doing with the falling demand his antics are causing.

Oh, and extrapolation of the behavior of one population in one species in a genus, to the whole group does not negate the fact that many species have not been observed eating insects and animal consumption is not necessary as evidenced by captive populations.
comment in response to post
If you can’t see why that statement is true then there is no hope for you. I can’t help your ignorance.
comment in response to post
Your consumption of animal products is choice, not necessity. Stop trying to shirk your own responsibility for your choices.
comment in response to post
You can rant and show the rage of a mentally sick individual all you want. All your arguments are irrelevant. We simply do not have to consume animal products. Those products are harmful to the environment and to animals who are factually abused. We make a moral choice as we do in anything else.
comment in response to post
Your argument that we should focus on producers, rather than consumers, is ridiculous. Producers meet market demand. No demand, no producers. Fact.
comment in response to post
Humans are perfectly able to live on a diet completely free of animal products. This is bourn out the world over with vegans living perfectly well for decades. Additionally, many athletes, including power-lifters are able to perform equally well as omnivorous competitors.
comment in response to post
Facts: consuming animal products is your, unnecessary choice. It is irrelevant what other animals consume or what humans who lack alternatives consume. We can make the moral choice to reject animal products for the sake of animals and the environment.
comment in response to post
Whether we have fermentation specialization is irrelevant. You made the argument that ALL primates supplement their diets with animal protein. I refuted that only. Do keep up.
comment in response to post
No, they do not. SOME colobinae eat the occasional insect. But many do not do so deliberately. Suggesting occasional accidental consumption means they supplement their diet is as idiotic as suggesting a human is not vegan if they inhale a fly.
comment in response to post
You are a sick, sad individual and an idiot incapable of following an argument.
