Remember art is something to be enjoyed not just by the viewer but also by the artist. If you're not enjoying it take a break or change course for your own benefit! Ok supportive rant over haha I hope it helped but I understand where you're coming from.

Don't think that just because you're "not at a skill level required to be a professional" (which isn't a thing really) that that makes you a failed artist. Maybe you just need an art break or to re focus your art on improvement and skill building instead of pumping out stuff that you can post online

You absolutely have not peaked! Your art has improved in the time since I first followed you and it'll improve more

I think it's overall better to just throw away the idea of a "failed" artist entirely. I wouldn't call someone with less artistic skills than me a failed artist and I wouldn't call an artist who's never made a dime off of their art failed either so why criticize myself harder than I would others.
