One thing I forgot was how much weight moves had in that first game. I miss that in current games where it feels like multiple mechanics in the games have different levels of gravity.

IMO, Eddie vs Punk is a near perfect feud to use to get someone introduced to professional wrestling. It's a short build but paced well enough you understand where both sides see their opponent. The match itself, also on the shorter end but has enough hate in it to fuel a star.

Absolutely fair! As for the forbidden door match, I actually saw it in a theater with some friends and other people. The whole PPV everyone was still kind of in “should I be a little bit quiet because technically there are other people here“, but once that tiger driver was hit everyone went crazy
