I did some looking and the sweater is by designer Olga Herb. She doesn't sell her patterns just the completed outfits. She has an Instagram page with more outfits.

Have you send button safety pins? You use them to make buttons with shanks removable.
I was a seamstress in the past and would use these for glass buttons so you could take them off when you washed your garment or use different buttons for a different look.
