Right now, people are angry. They have every right to be angry and want those who voted for all the hardship that they were about to feel to really feel it. That sometimes the only way people are going to learn is through the consequences of their own actions. I’m in that boat.

I don’t know about anyone else, but for me, it feels like legacy media has gone completely nuts. How they cover Donald Trump versus what we see and hear from him are two totally different things and it’s infuriating.

The point here was pointing out the absolute of 'nobody' when the US obviously did, and made efforts to do so. One time, we made them so mad they set the US Capitol on fire. #GoodTimes

Weird to use an absolute like that considering the US at one time tried to annex Canada.

How about leaving the kids of presidents out of your stories? Like none of us needed to know about his language skills. How is this even news?! Why is this being reported?! We have bigger problems to deal with, like a fascist coming into office. Read the room

Well considering they were fascists, he was just wondering what you meant by socialism 😆

Allegedly, b/c it was never adjudicated nor was he even brought up on criminal charges so the argument can and should be made that it deals with crimes and perceived crimes or misconduct that could be legalese'd into a crime

I get not wanting to change their minds, you can't. Maybe a few, but a good majority of them are dead set in their ways. It's exhausting. They're exhausting.

Well considering Nixon wasn't charged with a crime when he was pardoned, nor convicted of one, there's precedence here

Let them have the sham investigations, they cannot do a damn thing if the people they are investigating are pardoned for any and all perceived crimes between a time period. I wonder how far reaching the pardon goes, and can challenge the subpoenas as improper due to the pardon in court

The people offered a pardon also have the ability, and right, to refuse said pardon if they so wish. You make a good argument, but it's flawed. The right already sees these people as guilty, so pardoning them won't change that outlook.
