This is why I really enjoyed crafting in Romancing Saga 2. You just commission your imperial blacksmith to forge stuff for your party, as you control an emperor. Obviously you aren't making stuff yourself.

Vampire Killer is one I do really like from HD, even on it's own, and then most of the boss tracks, save for menaces. I think the more metal stuff works well for those, but I agree it's mostly just worse than the origin game when not in the game.

I have the platinum trophy in both, they're great. Absolutely play Ender Lilies. Imo, it's narrative is better, but it's mechanics are slightly less well done. Still a 8 or 9 out of 10 metroidvania, I'd say.

Northernlion is one of my favorites, but I mostly watch Dr4gonBlitz, as he is a Castlevania Sotn wr speedrunner, and I love the game and his personality. Plus he's hella liberal and queer friendly, which is rad.
