Y2K was a very educational experience for me. I realized that if you avoid a disaster people will disbelieve the disaster was ever imminent. People never really stop being children.
"Don't touch that, you'll get burned"... but many people never truly learn until they get burned.

I'm hyped for the update. I'm leaning towards playing Forge Guard but I could go Void Knight depending on what the spells are looking like.

It's how every decision feels in Avowed (and I love that)

It's been so long since S1 I don't know if I just never noticed or if I simply forgot. Either way, it's a great bit.

VR is neat, but I'm not convinced it'll ever get beyond being an extremely niche thing.
I don't even think Pokemon Snap would be enough to convince me to spend the extra money on the hardware.

I would imagine Snow White... but does it become The Hobbit when it reaches 13?

Right!? These games always have fancy makeup options but then fail to give us the extra control for hair/beards.

The current run is plenty readable in it's own right, but it just feels weird seeing the same combination of plot points.
I'm harder on the series than I should be, but the Krakoa era showed how much more this series can do.

The website is competing with your game for attention and it really wants people to play these other games. Any amount of friction is going to work against you.
Once I the tutorial finished I felt a bit lost. I was following hand but didn't really figure out the loop from that experience.

I really should go back and give the Pillars of Eternity games another shot. In the first game I'd always make a character and then lose interest in the first town. It was a bit too easy to just find something deadly.

That's it, that's all I've got. I haven't been this disappointed in a movie in some time. It's not even the fun kind of bad.

You know what... this movie is basically Blade 3. The previous two movies were good and this movie is a disjointed mess. The titular character feels like an extra, like they don't really belong in the film. It's like the film was made purely to create a spin-off.

The whole flow of this movie is so awkward and forced. This film is almost Madame Web levels of bad. I loved the previous two films, but this is just bad. The actors have some solid performances though, it's certainly not their fault this movie is bad.

This movie has some weird thing for feet... or maybe just shoes. It's like a constant barrage of people's shoes and Eddie's feet.

I had the same reaction to this scene. He's not even acting, it's just how he actually feels in the moment.

The hippy family is such an anachronism that I can't even focus on the movie... they have kids who are not old enough to drive. This family is a trope that hasn't been relevant for nearly 30 years driving a van in pristine condition from like 50 years ago.

The fundamental problem with the film is that it's mostly just CG characters. The interactions between actual people were part of what made the movies work. The symbiotes were a secondary feature. This movie centers the CG characters.
