It is good to see someone in Charlottesville, VA do something toward pedestrian safety. My daughter Rachel has been hit three times while bicycling in the city. One of those was 3 weeks after her sister Robyn was killed doing messenger work in NYC. Rachel was okay, but her bicycle was distroyed.
