Right? The amount of people I deal with on the daily who call asking for specific things who turn around and say "oh I don't have that" when I ask for the things I need to do the thing they want is BAFFLING

We get this pretty often where I work, I even tell people when they call in to make a reservation that we need to run a physical card at check-in and they still insist on apple pay, like "ma'am/sir/fellow human We are a tiny resort in the mountains you're lucky we have some of the stuff we do have"

Also, tho I'm sure this has been said already, you don't have to go all out on the bg in every single panel.
You can add or remove bg's to emphasize things, copy-paste from panel to panel to save time, etc, but people gotta know where your characters are.
So you gotta draw bg's at least a little.
