I’m more worried that once a very loose trade deal is done it will only last so long as we only say things trumps likes and even then he might just break it for the sake of it anyway, the US has a trade deal with Canada and that didn’t stop him.

Thank god, Tesla could really do with more Elon right now! Yes that’s definitely the problem.

Surprised he hasn’t tried another nazi salute yet, worked so well last time.

Can you imagine if trump was president in a real life version of independence day? Putting tariffs on all those damn aliens, that will teach them.

It was the woke mind virus that did for him!

Only problem is due to tariffs everything costs at least 10% more!

It’s feed for the gammons in an attempt to temp them towards Labour. Of course it won’t work.

You didn’t think the Tory’s would remove Johnson given the 80 seat majority. When trumps houseof cards falls it will fall fast. Make no mistake republicans will be gaming how to remove him soon enough.

It’s also expensive to rebrand as 12 below.

Defo, they won’t publish the list of 70 countries supposedly kissing trumps ass as they know if they do countries will dispute it as they didn’t contact the US. All a con to transfer wealth

You mean crying on tv about how the libs were hating on Tesla didn’t work?

And China be calling in that 800bn of US debt that is owed to them. It’s game over man, game over.

Who provides the official figures which prove this in the weeks to come and can they be manipulated by trump?

It’s his new strategy to save Tesla, disappear and hope it blows over!

We’re about to find out if anyone is prepared to stand up against him.

That was true 40 years ago when houses were affordable. Expect your kids to live with you well into their 30’s now.

Same with Nikes, up 43%, not sustainable.

This doesn’t take into account food standards etc though. Even if there’s no tariffs U.K./EU won’t take GM foods and chlorinated chicken etc.

Yeah but presumably the uk needs to be threatened so it offers to reduces tax on Amazon and meta etc.

I agree, but it feels like it’s a case of biding our time, to improve our capabilities to fight Russia and in 4 years trump will hopefully be away. The best thing we can do right now is rejoin the SM and CU.

Safe to assume that trump and all his wealthy backers are playing the market and “buying the dip?” Before he eventually walks most of these back?
comment in response to post
Trump would accuse the UK and EU of colluding to damage the US if they did anything.

Ah the good old brexiteer logic where if you lose your job it’s good news as you will save money on your commute!

It’s worse than when he deported all those sylvanians!

Might not be as bad as you think but only if Obama is free

If you were trying to weaken a country would you do anything differently to what Russia are doing via trump and musk?
