Trump's playbook is a general authoritarian one, not specifically Hitlerian.
Loyalty to party, militarism, repression, declaring "traitors", scapegoating, playing to emotions etc. similar to other authoritarian rules.
Still evil, but I cannot say it is specifically Hitlerian.
