- A little bit of Monica in my life - A little bit of Erica by my side - A little bit of Rita's all I need - A little bit of Tina's what I see - A little bit of Sandra in the sun Send email.

Being SNY’s sideline reporter for UConn women’s basketball changed the course of my career. Four seasons, four championships. Sad to see it go, but I hope bigger network deals are good for the sport. www.ctinsider.com/sports/uconn...

“It’s not like keeping my job is going to balance the federal budget. I make $19 an hour.” There’s a guy in here who learned he was fired when his newborn twins were in the NICU. www.startribune.com/minnesota-fe...

Is it mercury in retrograde or the consequences of my actions?

I’m only on episode 5 but A Man on the Inside gives me warm fuzzies like the first season of Ted Lasso. Light, happy enjoyment of a show if you’re looking for something. It’s on Netflix.

Whoever booed helping the homeless…where can I find you, I just wanna talk 😡

If I saw this while I was driving on the bridge, I would probably crash.

Hey sooooo Mitch Richmond, Tim Hardaway, and Chris Mullen are in the studio tonight for Warriors pregame. This is an unplanned and awesome development. Tune in!

I wasn’t sure if I would see anything dumber or wonkier than “freedom fries” but here it is.

I probably should have posted the Kuminga news (will return after the ASB) but you’ve probably seen it already now 🤷🏼‍♀️

Special pregame note: Stephen Curry will be playing in his 1,000th career regular season game, becoming the 151st to do so in NBA history and just the 18th to play in that many games for a single team.

Where does Steph bury the bodies?

Steph: Third consecutive game with 30+ points. First time this season it’s been a three-game streak.

Sports? On the front page? THEY TRADED LUKA! For real though, protect and invest in local journalism forever. And give sports its due as a place where the status quo is challenged. Civil rights, trans rights, women’s empowerment, inclusion of different bodies, etc.

Good citizens and loyal followers, my pledge to you is I will NEVER call him Himmy Butler.

This box score is nuts. The Warriors had 101 FGA to the Lakers’ 78. The Warriors were 16-53 from three.

Steph vs Jazz: 12-31, 6-18 Steph vs Lakers: 13-35, 6-20 First time this season Steph has attempted 30+ FGA in a game, let alone on back to back nights.

Kinda nuts that Steph, LeBron, Luka, Jimmy, and Draymond are all in the same arena and it’s not an All Star Game.

Okay so the SECOND thing I noticed was Bill wearing his championship rings and looking like he has bad AI hands with no fingers.

Here we go. Welcome, Jimmy Buckets.

This is super cool. The Blazers are the first professional sports team to provide OneCourt's haptic display at every home game! This cutting-edge technology enables fans who are Blind or Low Vision to experience live basketball action in real-time, at no additional cost. #RipCity #Blazers

Kerr said he likes the Butler trade because it keeps the Warriors’ future assets intact. Said it’s a way to “raise our ceiling but preserve the future.”

Kerr said “hope so” regarding Jimmy Butler debuting for the Warriors on Saturday.

I think the saddest thing about this era is that facts, even if proven beyond any doubt at all, don't matter anymore.

“Ultimately, it's Joe [Lacob's] team. It's his call and I accepted that. And that's what every organization operates under, is it's the owners team. And more so than ever, owner's engagement.” - Bob Myers

Yes, with Monte. Please tune in.

Okay the news is out there after Kerr said it postgame, it wasn’t mine to break…Wiggins has a days-old baby boy at home and he just got traded! That is HARD.

Kerr postgame in a Brate shirt to honor Dejan Milojevic, who died of a heart attack in SLC in 2024. Goodness, what a tough night for the Warriors in Utah, saying goodbye to four players in the Butler trade, and collapsing late in the game to the bottom-dwelling Jazz.

Mike Dunleavy said at last season’s deadline Jonathan Kuminga was virtually untouchable. Looks like that still stands? No extention though? RFA next season.
