Anyone have any clue whether CJS has been directed to cut funding to Legal Services Corporation? I can’t find anything in the draft budget or on either CJS website (House or Senate).

From this article it sounds like unions for [not the actual affected workers] are the plaintiffs. Now if unions for the affected federal employees had filed, I’d say that’s absolutely standing. But if some other union files, well then no because their workers are not actually the ones harmed.

I cannot believe they effed up standing. With all the possible plaintiffs to choose from, y’all seriously picked the ones who lacked standing. Well done, kids. E for effort. (note: this comment won’t make any sense to those who only read headlines)

@aoc.bsky.social and @warren.senate.gov . They always have a plan. That gives me hope.

Here's the candidates running in the 2025 Congressional Special Elections. Be sure to support them. If they win, Democrats control the House. Florida: Josh Weil (www.joshweil.us), Gay Valimont (gayforcongress.com). New York: Blake Gendebien (blakegendebienforcongress.com)

Exactly. I would like to see the Dems (and rational people in general) have a plan for this. How will they stop them? Because we *know* it’s going to happen.

Maybe it should start with making sure we still have elections in 2029.

I have spent dozens of hours - maybe hundreds - planning to move to Mexico and I’m not even a target (not a top shelf one at least). Get passports. That’s my best advice lately. <hugs>

lol “under oath.” I’m sure Elon will magically transform into a bottomless river of honesty when he’s “under oath.” Because the consequences for failing to do so will be … will be…… right. Non-existent.
