It really is astonishing how bad that cover is though, isn’t it! I should give it a relisten though. Haven’t heard it in probably fifteen years!

Or a worse one for that matter… I still find it weird that there isn’t another one anywhere!

Just checked the playlist. Love to see Enola Gay at the top of the list. My best mate let me borrow his (brother's if I remember rightly) Casio keyboard in around 84/85ish. Enola Gay and Souvenir were the first songs I taught myself 😊

Yeh it's dated, but then so is most of Floyd's music if we're being honest. Dark Side of the Moon IS the 70s! 😁

A great track from a grossly underappreciated record!

K, well I'll give it a go then but if I hear a single second of Nickleback, you and I will be having stern words young man!

Then I definitely wasn’t a typical adolescent! 😁

Would that be a "typical adolescent"?

I really ought to try Catcher again. I was probably about 27/28 when I read it last and found it an insufferably dull and self-obssessed wank-fest! 😁

Very interesting. I shall poll random Canadians (as I pass them on the street, I'm sure they won't think I'm weird) and report back! 😁

If you could own any one piece of art from history, what would it be?
I'm always torn by this question because if I owned it, the world wouldn't be able to enjoy it, but....
The Night Watch by Rembrandt

Penty o' Reggie in Dire Straits too! They've been known to play their guitars on the 2s and 4s! 😁

Oh had you never heard this one? Kinda sounds like a Dire Straits cover of Down Under 😀

Pffff... if they're gonna come to a physical, hi-octane sport like Tuesday night rec 5 pin, they'd better be ready for a little bit of shot putt catching!!!!

I think the way the app is coded and oriented really helps. They’re not just boosting paid accounts or accounts the boss wants to boost. For the time being at least, it seems to actually be running on content and similarity to your account, so it’s fantastic to see that it’s driving people to you 😊👍🏻

Both important perspectives on any event.
