“These sacred moments
That we aren’t promised
But they’re here
And gloriously granted”
That is so beautifully expressed! 🙏

WAY back in the day (preHamilton) LMM and I followed each other on twitter, had a couple of exchanges. He seemed genuinely good then and when H blasted off I thought “Um, I know* that dude!” I was happy for his success and glad he’s still annoyingly good

I was once invited to stick my hand in an octopus aquarium tank. One came over to check me out octupus style - it wrapped its tentacles around my finger and sucked it with its little sucking cups.
They are definitely little animals! 😚

“… bit carried away”?
Maybe if you had served a young CdL to start and a mature one after. Otherwise, looks just right! 🍾

Very cool! Thanks for the update.
In Bonds’ case his team (SF) still lost. How about the other walk-recipient teams?

How many players, other than Bonds, were walked intentionally with the bases LOADED?

The waterline being above ‘straight ahead’ caused a weird physical sensation in my forehead. Like something was inside out.
A testament to the stillness of the water.

And don’t even start with trying to compare PT acreage among different brands:
4 Gargantuo rolls = 7.2 Demi-Mondo rolls AND 3 small sheets = 1 bigger sheet

Yes. And the great thing is Californians are very welcoming. It doesn’t take long to become one either; as long as you want to. Bonus points if you bring along some groovy food culture! 🍱 🌯 🍄🟫

Since so many of his detractors are tree huggers and outdoor enthusiasts, selling public lands is a natural thing for Trump to do. He means it to be an especially painful kick in the groin to all of us.

Haha! I am a winemaker and have access to high-proof brandy, as it is used in the production of some wine-types. I’ve tried using it in cocktails (we’re talking the same strength (191.6 to be exact) and even when it’s properly cut, I am still wary! 🍹 🍸

That stuff is wicked. Some friends and I once made strawberry slushies with it. No one got blind drunk (we were nerdy enough to correct for the high proof), but everyone reported back that they went home, sat on the sofa, and didn’t move for a couple of hours.

I love to see these little urban patches of beauty! There’s a guy where I live who, 5 or so years ago, took it on himself to plant daffodils in street median strips and vacant patches around town. Such a treat!
