Apparently so. A former senior head of communications at the BBC occasionally sent emails to my namesake, which included her full CV. Most unfortunate. I politely replied, and she apologised, but that wasn't the last email she accidentally sent me.

Painful though it may be, that money needs to be spent. Urgently. However it needs to be spent with oversight, so we don't have any more military procurement disasters. We don't need to invent, we need to buy, and not from USA (or Israel).
