But I suppose that is more of a donation based thing and also the exception to the rule

Some mods I could see paying for. Like, Fallout London. The developers of a mod that is practically a DLC deserve to get paid for their effort.

Share the company's name. Make it harder for them to find workers if they're gonna be pieces of shit.

As usual, everything he blames others for (especially the left) is him projecting thing he is actually responsible for.

When I saw the bit on stream with everyone playing REPO, I can't say I ever expected to see it come to fruition 😳

But those didn't sour the experience at all.
If you haven't yet, play Sable. Maybe put High Visibility color mode on to save your eyes, since the hours can really get away from you while playing 😅 But give it a chance, even if exploration-first isn't your usual vibe.

Even though the in-game choice is completely inconsequential in real life. Yet it mattered -emotionally- all the same. My experience wasn't perfect; I had game breaking bugs fairly often, and even after 18 hours of gameplay there were audio cues I still had no idea what they meant...

It tapped into the love of exploration that drove my childhood, when I couldn't afford much to entertain myself so would go outside and explore the woods around my apartments. Exploration that faded as I became an adult, but now I suddenly realize is the same reason I love worldbuilding so much...

Haven't finished (I think I'm have way through it) and have counted 5 separate games featuring what I could only describe as "body horror monsters". Like, damn body horror is in like "modern day shooter" was in the late 2000s/early 2010s
