We often haven't "given up on our dreams". A pilot may start with a plan to "arrive on time", then the plan changes to "arrive", then to "land safely", then to "crash with as many survivors as possible". Saying the pilot should have stuck to the original plan is weird.

Someday you will become an archeologist of your own history. Looking over the details that led you where you are and detached from the person who made those choices, knowing that you did love your first love, but having none of the feeling left. Wondering why you did what you did. Who was that guy?

My previous Chrono Trigger post has nothing to do with the remake rumor. It was wild to come back from lunch and see Chrono Trigger trending though. If it is true I just hope they do a good job. I'll live if they fail, but it has the potential to be really special for a new generation.

My problem with Chrono Trigger is that I do exactly the maximum appropriate amount of mouth frothing over it and some other people are doing more than me. Get it together folks, it is only extraordinarily good.
