He even said on stream, that the M dagger is what he wants to open in the sealed format :D Have been told, that afterwards he corrected himself but i didn't watch at this point. Even LSS didn't know properly what was legal :D And by looking at the registration sheets, judges too

It's an expansion slot card, that is actually in the last two slots of the pack (didn't notice that while opening), but as the ONLY EXCEPTION not in the expansion slot numberwise. Take a look at fabrary spoilers and you can see it sitting in the big Assassin chunk

Rotation would be such a huge turnoff, but at least all cards would probably still be legal in LL format DEPENDING on how LSS wants LL to be. By adding rotation CC would become a healthy Standard and LL (with banlist) a healthy Modern
