Harry Potter? The House Elves. And when Hermoine tries to change it, everyone including Hagrid who is the moral guy, says she is wrong.

KBJ, in dissent, calls today's ruling "profoundly dangerous" and an "existential threat to the rule of law." She expresses her "deep disillusionment" with the court and suggests that the conservative supermajority continues to crown Trump a king above law. www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24p...

- Environmental regulations continue to be enforced despite rulings against them (just not against plaintiffs).
- and on and on.
The left has to use this decision, not just criticize it.
It'll be chaos, but that's what the Justices get.

Justice Jackson in dissent: "The Court's decision to permit the Executive to violate the Constitution with respect to anyone who has not yet sued is an existential threat to the rule of law."

It means that Barrett told the lower court to enjoin Trump's executive action to provide complete relief to the party states, ie, do a nationwide injunction, because in this case complete relief cannot otherwise be provided to those states because people born in non-party states move around.

And yes, I also know about the Italian and German Americans. GE went to bat for my grandfather. But Japanese Americans had it far, far worse.
