Ruby is build by its community, we're stronger together, and that means that we need to hold against reactionary views which seek to exclude the most vulnerable in our communities.
That starts local, not with some out-of-touch self-appointed dictators whose opinions will lead to harm.

Hallo! Ich fand die Ausschreibung und eure Firma mega interessant. Hab aber eine Frage: wird die Arbeit immer und komplett auf deutsch, auch im Rahmen der Entwicklung, oder ist deutsch C1 Niveau nur generell erforderlich? Vielen dank :)
