this is a cry for help, i don't feel very good and i do need to be able to change unchangeable things in my life. i do need other people to stop making me into the martyr, the scapegoat. this isn't a suggestion, i genuinely believe that i will become irreversibly mentally ill from the stress.

i do not assign any value to human life itself -- all value is on quality of life. i don't condone the death of anyone, but i do think a dead person is happier than a living person in a lot of pain.
i don't want to push it on other people, but i wish that people would consider this around/for me.

i think the first impression that an instructor gives (are they nice? are they good at teaching? etc) is extremely important for whether someone finds something easy and engaging to learn, even in the future, so i hope it doesn't set you back too much. 🫂
