It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Worked this morning. Saw a bunch of sick kids in the office. About half have Medicaid coverage. Without this coverage they end up in the ER rather than my office on Sunday morning. The ER is FAR more expensive. Can someone please explain to me how cutting Medicaid saves money? #PedSky #MedSky

My heart breaks for the children in immigrant families who were too scared to go to school this week. Who have one less parent at the dinner table tonight.
