And like anything in F1 (or any contracts for that matter) the deal's not done until it's done, but if he was strung along for that long when everyone at Ferrari knew Lewis would be taking his seat, that's just... idk man. Feels messed up even when you know how exactly cutthroat the sport is

I realise he looks like a right chonker here but I promise he is a) healthy and b) has an improbably large ribcage and very short leggos which are the primary contributors to the chonker accusations

I don't have a lot of followers but I will share your replies and check out your channel. I think its only fair to support others who are potentially struggling the same struggle

I can't even watch half of whats on the sky sports F1 channel on youtube without turning on the VPN 💀

I can't really comment much on it myself because I never switch to the sky commentary and always use the F1TV + obviously also watch their pre and post shows but my impression based on what I hear during testing with the cross broadcast is that yeah, Rachel definitely seems to get the worst of it

The old married couple who don't like each other very much vibes are high with them, for sure 💀

The only time I ever really hear the sky team is during testing (or while watching an older race) because I never switch away from the F1TV commentary nowadays, so it was quite jarring. It almost feels like he's overcompensating for all the times Brundle's corrected him. Pay it forward, I guess 🤷‍♀️

I would like to point out that any extention comes at the expense of... a golf course. Which to be fair, as someone who's played on it a lot, it is a very nice golf course. But it's still a golf course.

That and the GMT+13

I have been informed that is not, in fact, Wednesday already.

In my defense, I have recently gone from my work week starting on Thursdays to Wednesdays and this has pretty much fucked up my entire concept of time

Alright, seen the best one yet. Someone conflating the word 'stakeholder' in his statement with 'shareholder' and then claiming he's only going to work in the best interests of the FiA and those interested in making more money When corrected, they doubled down with 'it's basically the same thing' 💀

I'll be honest the vast majority of the criticism has come from lecfosi. The type with improbably long arms who somehow manage to find any excuse to hate on Sainz, even if its factually incorrect.

I can categorically confirm that Singapore would be significantly cheaper, considering it was for me and I have to fly from a regional airport in NZ 🫠 (Also if you haven't been, SG is just all around incredible)

Also of note, because of the UNIQUE way the AUSGP sells tickets (by dumping everything on ticketmaster at once rather than staggered release), they tend to sell out immediately, and then five minutes later there's $309 4 day GA passes on the official TM reselling site for $1100 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When I was initially doing investigations after the dates were officially locked in, I saw a private room+ensuite in a HOSTEL for $950 a night. Granted, it was close to AP, but considering the going rate for a private room in a St Kilda hostel is $60-80, I think it's fair to call that price gouging
