Toolbar icons for the Windows version of poedit.net I worked on earlier this year. Having the chance to add a tiny splash of color to them was a nice change from the all the monochrome glyphs I'm drawing every day.

…and why not start with this simple app icon for winsparkle.org – an open-source software updater for Windows. We wanted the icon to be inconspicuous enough so people don't mistake it for an actual app they didn't know they had installed, but that doesn't mean it had to be any less pleasant.
