Yeah I did a protein smoothie alongside my oatmeal! Drinking it seems to help with that because it don’t feel as much like eating lol

I’m not sure if it’s just heightened tolerance from taking my meds a bit more than I did like, a month ago, but they just don’t feel very long lasting, even though they are extended release. I did a slight increase on my dose too .. but I seem to metabolize drugs quickly, in general, I guess

My thought process was, front load my protein by having it first thing in the morning as I’m taking my meds, and hopefully they will feel extra effective and longer lasting during the day.. this is something I’ve found on Reddit in my research on the topic, and a lot of people seem to swear by it!
