We have exceeded our pledge to deliver 64,000 NHS surgeries and procedures by the end of March 2025. By the end of January, with two months to go, we’ve already delivered over 75,500. And with the record NHS funding in our Budget, @thesnp.bsky.social will keep reducing waiting times.

Our highest point on xiitter was around the 7159 mark (which took us 8 years!). We lost hundreds of followers on the lead up to the American election, & ended up nearer the 6k mark. After just a few weeks of building this acc, we near the 6k mark.Fantastic! Thank-you,anti-fascists across the world!

There's a concerted effort to have BRITISH Whisky. This means, the UK Government would want 'Scotch" Whisky to become 'British' and made ANYWHERE in the UK. If you think there's nothing insidious in this, you probably laughed at people who had Japanese Cars in the 70s and Mobile Phones in the 80s.
