Sometimes, it feels like people interact with YouTube videos like they're a Reddit discussion prompt and go no further than the title or maybe the first minute of the video.

Shoutout to @liamtriforce.bsky.social for doing this to me and making me so angry I paused the game

Fuck it. For $16 and the ability to play/stream on Steam Deck, I'm willing to try it out.

It's pretty cool, though it can be really intimidating to solve. I have never finished a combined seed.

I photobombed this at one point lmao

It's odd, I played D1 back when it came out on the Vita, and only just now got to 2 lmao.

19 - Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair This might be one of the coolest sequels I have ever played. It makes being a sequel part of its core being, and the way it toys with those expectations is thematically brilliant.

I do think I know what that video is going to look like now. But it took a lot of pondering, as well as time away to focus on other projects. Hate that it means it's taken as long as it has, but hey: I am relatively confident it will be done soon, and I am so excited to put it together.

When I wrote my Xenoblade 2 video, I did not expect the overwhelmingly heartfelt response that it got. I hit upon something I didn't even consciously realize when I was making it. That's a good thing! It's why I love writing. But it's also like: where do I go from there? How do I top that?

It's tough because there are still so many people doing great work on YouTube. Can't really abandon it, and so many creators on there deserve your support. But damn it all if I haven't wanted so desperately to distance myself from it as a core fixture of my financial future.

Now is a great time to remind everyone that I post all my videos, including exclusively written pieces, over on Nebula and that your time spent over there is genuinely far more worth it than endless scrolling through fucking YT AI written movie recaps or whatever. go.nebula.tv/kingk

Here's the fun part: I have a super aggro, controversial script idea for Mario Kart World; or one that's a little more about the open world design. Not sure which one to go with. Maybe I'll somehow include both lol. Anyway. I am out to get married and go on vacation so have fun y'all 🙏

Honestly, it sorta works out in the end. Forgotten Land getting an update and Air Ride 2 coming out sometime has made me want to delay it anyway. Already have a ton of work done on it, so just gonna keep it on the back burner and chip away at it.

and that's just the open world, there is still so much being discovered in the courses that I'm fucking around with

it is just so fun to move around the world and do tricks, and I keep learning insane new things like this trick bounce clearly maintaining my air momentum

I was talking about a music Playlist, but your idea sounds awesome too!

This actually does remind me that I do have one massive problem with Free Roam: it is annoyingly difficult to do splitscreen co op. You have to open a wireless or online lobby and just not open a race. It's weird and suggests they did not think people would do free roam co op? Idk.

Bouncing around a video idea about this, but it reminds me of a game called Midnight Club LA that I used to play with a friend of mine back in the day. We would just explore the city and soak in the vibes, trying to fly off ramps and stuff. It reminds me a lot of that.
