Clearing a malfunction is quite basic. I'm guessing he had an improvised can without a neilson. You can tell he was a novice, cause he did not test his equipment.

The same would be said for driving, and could more likely get passed since it's not protected in the bill of rights. Supreme Court just got rid of Chevron defference, and hearing protection act will soon be law. Things are going the other way.

I have been 3d printing firearms for 8 years now. You think I should run a background check on myself every time I print a new Glock, ar, ak, scorpion, mac10, Aug bar, or signal tube launcher? What is your proposition to keep firearms out of the hands of people you deem unstable?
