I accidentally exported it at 28% size bc I was doing some jackbox image modding earlier and needed that export size for the thumbnail jpgs 💀

36% win rate in tri is of course because of the "99% defender win rate" map being in rotation. That shit was NOT fixed at all. To Genuinely fix it they need to have defenders launch into mid and give the entire base area to attackers. At least then it will only be like, 75% defender win rate

Did Milk Choc just give up this year? Are they ok?

The big names don't let us own shit anymore. I already used LibreOffice at home (since it actually saves doc **files**!!!) but this second event... I was already radicalised on the 'you don't own anything' stuff but this made me level up

Investigating why tf this was, turns out the file was on the company sharepoint (which I could not access from home 4 reasons). I DID NOT save this to sharepoint, it was to the docs folder ON MY DESKTOP. So did 365 do this? Probably! The file I thought I saved was just a cloud shortcut, I guess....

Now here's event 2: COME GET UR RESUME WE THREW IT INTO THE CLOUDS!!! At work I had access to 365 Word. I EXPLICITLY opened the app version on the desktop and saved a file TO SAID DESKTOP. I emailed this FILE to myself. When I try to open it, LOCKED OUT CUZ IM NOT LOGGED IN W/ A COMPANY ACCOUNT

Like, this makes that "Online once every day or two" initially pitched requirement for the Xbox1 look generous and reasonable. You'd think you'd get offline use if you logged in at least once within maybe a week but noooooo.... and I think there's a sinister reason for this: your files are hostage

First instance: Always logged in or fuck u; I try to limit what gets my info these days. Every single prior version of word let us work offline and that's all I wanted, just the word app for fic writing. I logged in once then when trying to log out it would just close on me outright,

The fact that they keep preaching how the 'No' vote has prevented the 'divide' of Australia is so damn ironic.
comment in response to post
A big focus was on "it's divisive". They pedalled the idea that if this went through, we would be divided into Indigenous and non-Indigenous to make the voice seem racist via some sort of segregation-like talking point. A lot of people fell for it, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, this has occured with my parents. Their track record on the opinions of indigenous folk already wasn't that great, but now they've just crossed the line into blatant. I'm so ashamed to be related to them right now.
