Same. Check 1,2 and 3 star reviews. If most are about the product/packaging arriving damaged (or things not within manufacturer control), then in my mind all is ok

So glad unrefreshing sleep is finally being looked at properly! I concur with you - how something core like this has been overlooked is strange. That and PEM are the two symptoms I hate the most.
However, I feel it is a downstream effect rather than cause. But the more data the better!

The industry really needs to change to a ticket/seat sold rating rather than revenue. That's a true reflection of releases over the decades, unless they adjust the $$$ for inflation
