Anything to deflect on a lack of policy, not the fact that both major parties are essentially running the same platform. The only difference seems to be one is pretending it wants to go nuclear and the other wants to turbocharge the mutant salmon industry. šŸ¤”

Wheels Australia magazine got a test car that pumped out white smoke when cornering. This was the nail in the coffin for Fiat in Australia until it came back as a part of Chrysler/Jeep Australia.

It was very informative and easy to watch as it had chapters, so I could skip anything that I didnā€™t need to watch.

I have never bought anything advertised to me on Social media and never would. I automatically assume it is a scam.

I am still friends with my most significant ex relationship from the 1990ā€™s. I consider it a major plus that we matured into friendship. My current relationship is now at the 25 year mark and they both respect each other.

I like to drive by houses Iā€™ve lived in the past when Iā€™m visiting cities. Whenever I visit Sydney I go past my old place in Paddington and see the $1 pink frangipani I bought from Kmart that I planted in the front garden of our terrace house back in the 90ā€™s, itā€™s now a huge tree.

As Billy Connelly used to say, Iā€™m so fair it takes me a week in the sun to go from blue to white. My brother has olive skin, and heā€™s the eldest, Iā€™m the youngest of 4 and we seem to get fairer as we go along.

Iā€™m rereading a lot of Agatha Christie novels at the moment. They seem to be drinking a lot of coffee at 9pm. Seems to be a lot of later nights were had after electric lighting was introduced into homes.

Sometimes I am very glad Leyland pulled out of Australia when they did.

And of course the 3.3 and 4.1 sixes in the Australian Cortina. Perfect for understeering into a hedge at the first whiff of a corner, a situation helped by the unassisted steering.
